Our story is very simple. In 2001 Rickey Gooch the founder was providing UPS/FedEx shipping services for the Kroger company in the Louisville and Atlanta districts. They shipped thousands of packages for Kroger. The amount of printer ink they used and its cost was just unacceptable. His son and him decided to do something about it. After talking to people and traveling around the country they developed their own refilling system. It was so successful! It saved so much money for them that they decided to offer it to the public as a service. Kroger liked the idea because they saved their customers money and provided a very good product. The re-manufactured ink products that ReInkItUSA sells today are the finest made in the world and carry the best warranty available. We watch operations with our own eyes to make sure our customers get the best products. ReInkItUSA is a true family owned home operated business. We fill our orders from our home and our cartridges are filled at a local manufacturing facility. Call us and most likely you will talk to Amber or Shannon to place your order.

In 7 years of service we have never had a complaint. If you don’t like our product we refund or replace it ASAP.
